George A. Johnson is a NATAS LGL Emmy® Award-Winning Writer, Director, and Producer, renowned for creating unique and compelling stories. With over 150 awards in 31 countries, George’s work spans multiple genres and platforms.
After over a decade of working in television, George was promoted to Director of Creative Content for TCT Network, where he led the creative vision across the network’s corporate studios and stations nationwide.
As Founder & President of Homesick Media, George has written, directed, produced, shot, lit, and edited over 10,000 TV commercials, short films, music videos, corporate videos, and TV programs, as well as 6 feature films, with his work reaching audiences in over 224 nations. His content has been broadcast nationally and internationally on numerous television networks and affiliates, including ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, MyTV, CW, DirecTV, TCT, Daystar, ParablesTV, and more, as well as streaming networks like Hulu, Tubi, Pluto, The Roku Channel, Youtube Premium, Fandango, Sling TV, Xumo Play, Pureflix, PLEX, AppleTV, Google Play, Amazon Prime, and IMDbTV.
A 31-year filmmaking veteran and a founding member of the Faith In Entertainment Guild, George brings an extensive network of industry-leading production team members, talent, and distributors to each project.

George is passionate about giving back to the community by hosting TV and filmmaking camps for K-8 students through California Adventure Camps. His engaging camp sessions cover a wide range of topics, including writing and producing short films, researching and shooting school news programs, directing multi-camera live sports broadcasts, and assisting students in writing, producing, and directing their own original songs and music videos.
